Emergency maintenance problems should be reported by calling the
emergency maintenance number at (920) 733-7425. Leave a message
with your name and contact information and a Housing Partnership
agent will return your call shortly. Examples of emergency
maintenance problems include flooding, fire, lack of heat, no
electricity, or lack of water. In case of fire or other instance
that places any person in immediate danger, call 911 before
reporting the problem to the Housing Partnership.
